Updates:

Grace (ShuFen) has contacted me about Fiesta Asia.

She mentioned that if WDCTS families/teachers/staff are going, we should try to arrive before 2pm.

At 2pm - 3pm there will be a parade and we can all walk together.

Please wear the "I Love Taiwan" school uniform/T-shirt if you have them.

In addition, suggestions about black/dark color pants and white/light color shoes were recommended, but it's up to the individuals.

Thank you.

Charles

Dear Families, Teachers, Students and Staff,

Thanks for a wonderful mother's day party.

Announcement 1: [Nominating next year's PTA President]

We are getting closer to the end of semester. In previous years, the new head of PTA is elected when a new semester starts.  However, from my past year's experience, it was a trial by fire.  Getting used to the position in a hurry to help out is a bit overwhelming.  So to make the newly elected have more time and ease, I discussed it with TYAF and the Principal to make the election at the last day of semester.

Please think of some candidates and nominate them on May 31st (closing ceremony and picnic) and we will have an official election.  I can use summer to make the transition smoother as well.

[I know I have some unfinished promises and I will try to complete them during summer:

1.  Web Directory - I know, I know.  I put that off for too long.  I will try to complete it during summer.

2.  Year Book - This will require everyone's help.  I will need a lot of photos from everyone through out the whole school year (September 2007 - May 31, 2008) and try my best to make a yearbook album.]
